This post explains our done-for-you podfunnel experience. I am so excited about this offering, and I want you to have a deep understanding of the process of the process and how we can support you on this incredible journey.

So, let’s start by talking about how the process of applying and beginning your podfunnel works. First, you apply and we review your application. From there, we let you know if you and your business and offer are a fit for a podfunnel. We’re super transparent – we don’t want to have you invest your time, energy, and resources if it’s not a good fit for your business.
But if you are a good fit, you’ll sign on and either pay your deposit or jump onto a sales call. I will say that about 9 out of 10 clients don’t do that sales call and just jump right in.
From there, you will have some pre-work to complete. Before we have our intensive meeting, you’ll have to do an onboarding survey. It’s super important that you fill this out thoroughly because the podfunnel and service we provide is all about depth.
We want to dive deep into your business and goals, so we need all the details to do that effectively. This will probably take you about two to five hours to fill out. But trust me, it will be time well spent, as it’s the foundation that our team will use to map out your episode content and it helps us select the right formula.
From there, we’ll schedule your kickoff call and your testimonial interviews or panels. Your kickoff call will be between 60 to 90 minutes, and this will be our intensive. It’s a time to deep dive into the strategy that we’ve laid out for your episodes and refine it together. After all, you know your offer and client best!
Before we get started on all of the assets we’re going to build for you, we take this time to make sure that we set everything up perfectly. After your episode outlines are finished, you have two weeks to record your episodes.
That brings us to milestone 1. This is that first week of recording, where you record episodes two through six and your outro, which we assist with. This recording process will take four to eight hours, and we can help review your scripts if that’s the route you want to go.
Milestone 2 is the next week, where you will record your first episode along with episodes 7 through 10. This is also where you will finalize your podfunnel’s name.
The great part of the process is that between the steps in milestone one and two and when the final podfunnel product is delivered to you, you have nothing to do. We take care of it all! After that pre-work and recording, the team takes care of everything. All of your work is front-loaded, and you’ll just have to review the assets and request revisions once we’ve delivered everything.
Because you spend the time upfront giving us quality and thorough information, we’re able to take that, run with it, and create an amazing end result.

We take on a limited amount of podfunnel clients per month because we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. The entire process takes about 8 to 10 weeks, so we need you to show up fully for your pieces of it.
